Fixed, formerly Social Transformation System continuously researches and refines our products, using each exposure to the contexts in which problems reside to build our expertise. We embrace the complexity of each new challenge and articulate problem scenarios as cycles that must be broken for sustainable change to occur.
Social Transformation System has worked with international donors (UN Women, UNODC and UN Habitat, KfW German Development Bank), Corporates (Marsh International, Cell C, Blueprint, KPMG), NGOs (Khulisa Social Services, Johannesburg Child Welfare, Durban and District Child Welfare, Gun Free South Africa, Social Justice Initiative, loveLIfe, Plan International), Government Departments (SAPS, DSD, Stellenbosch Municipality, Joburg Metro) Regulatory Bodies (PSI, SACAP) Trusts (WotIf Trust, DG Murray Trust, Letsatsi Trust, Lesedi Trust).
Social Transformation System has delivered problem-solving solutions in a range of settings, developing support materials that ensure common understanding amongst all stakeholders. These extend impact beyond immediate interactions with participants. We deliver a full set of customised printed flipcharts and resource guides, adapted to the needs of each new intervention. Emma has delivered skills transfer and development to individuals and teams from Executive and Senior Management level to Community Development Practitioners, from Traditional Leaders to members of Representative Councils of Learners.
